Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information RZVPN handles when providing subscription services, the user panel, website content, and technical support, as well as how that information is used, retained, and deleted. Processing is limited to maintaining accounts, delivering subscriptions, verifying orders, securing service operations, and improving the website.

Information Collected and Processing Purposes

Creating an RZVPN account requires only a username and password; an email address is not required. The system handles usernames, authentication credentials, subscription status, used traffic, and account settings for authentication, traffic accounting, plan delivery, and user panel features. Passwords are processed in a secure form suitable for authentication and are not returned to pages in directly readable form.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, creation time, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund status. They are used to confirm payments, activate service, handle disputes, and meet necessary financial record obligations. Text, attachments, or email addresses voluntarily submitted through a support ticket are used only to address that issue and do not make an email address required for registration.

The website may collect page visit records, referring pages, browser type, device category, approximate region, and error information to measure content performance, detect abnormal requests, and fix page issues. This site analytics data is handled separately from network activity on international routes and is not used to build a behavioral profile of the international websites a user visits.

No Logs and Connection Information

RZVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the service, retain webpage content, search queries, or communication text, or create long-term connection logs that link an account, source address, destination, and session time.

To measure traffic, verify subscription validity, troubleshoot faults, and prevent abuse, the system may process necessary technical status information during operation, such as whether an account subscription is valid, cumulative traffic, and connection error categories. This information does not include a list of visited websites. Temporary operational information needed for diagnosis is used only while an issue is being handled, then deleted or de-identified under operational procedures rather than retained as a long-term browsing record.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This data keeps users signed in, restores their choices, and reduces repetitive actions. If necessary storage is disabled, features such as login, subscription management, or language selection may not remain functional.

Session credentials in local storage are kept by the browser on the current device. When using a public device, users should sign out and clear browser data after finishing. RZVPN does not use these storage items to build cross-site advertising profiles or use subscription details in the user panel for unrelated ad targeting.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

RZVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment channel or transaction network, which may collect payment account data, transaction verification information, and risk-control data under its own privacy rules. RZVPN normally receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to complete an order, rather than directly storing complete authentication details for a third-party payment account.

Payment channels are responsible for processing information they collect independently. Users should read the privacy notice provided by their chosen channel before paying. Where necessary to verify receipt of funds, process a refund, or resolve an order dispute, relevant transaction records may be exchanged between RZVPN and the applicable channel.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while an account remains active to provide subscription and user panel features. Order and transaction records are kept for the periods required for financial reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. Support tickets are deleted or de-identified after issue handling and necessary review are complete; aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to a specific account may be used for service analysis.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data through a support ticket in the user panel. After receiving a request, RZVPN first verifies control of the account, then processes data eligible for deletion. Records that must be retained for order reconciliation, dispute handling, or applicable obligations will have their use restricted and be cleared when the retention basis ends. Deleting an account may make existing subscriptions, historical tickets, and panel access unavailable.

When this policy changes, the updated text will be published on this page and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Significant changes to processing scope or user rights may also be announced through the user panel. Users should review the latest version and note the relevant changes before continuing to use the service.
