Preparation

Before you start, confirm the order of operations

You do not need to understand protocols, routing rules, or route scheduling in advance. All you need is a browser that can access the RZVPN user panel and the device on which you plan to use the service. Account creation, plan management, client downloads, and subscription details are handled in the user panel. The marketing pages do not provide static installers or display a real subscription link for direct use.

The complete flow is: create an account, choose a plan, retrieve the subscription link from the account overview after the plan becomes active, download the client that matches your operating system, import the subscription, then choose a route, connect, and check the exit information. The order matters. Repeatedly updating the client before the plan is active will usually return an empty configuration or a permissions notice; changing client settings will not fix an account-status issue.

Start by completing the full process on one device you use regularly. Once the subscription updates, routes appear, and the connection works, configure the same account on other devices. RZVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. For a first setup, handling devices one at a time makes it easier to identify whether an issue involves the account, subscription, or local device settings.

Account

Create an RZVPN account

Open the account creation page, enter a username you plan to keep using, and set a password. RZVPN account creation requires no email address; the username and password are the credentials for the user panel. Before submitting, check the username spelling and use a password that is not reused on other websites. If your browser asks whether to save the credentials, decide based on whether the device is personal.

After a successful submission, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in again. Normally, you will see sections for the account overview, client downloads, plans, and orders. The account now exists, but an account without a selected plan does not automatically receive usable data. Do not look for third-party configurations online or import another service’s subscription into an RZVPN client; go directly to the Plans section in the panel.

If the original page remains open after submission, read the message beside the form first. A username that is already taken, a password that fails validation, or an interrupted network request can leave the current input on the page. Correct the issue as prompted and submit again. If the page stops responding for a long time, refresh it and sign in again; there is no need to create multiple accounts. For account issues, continue in the “Account and Subscription” section of the Support page.

Once you can see the user panel, the account step is complete. Next, handle the plan and payment; there is no need to install a client first.

Plans

Choose a plan based on your usage

In the Plans section of the user panel, decide whether you need ongoing monthly service or a data package that lasts until it is used up. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire.

Do not choose based on the unit price alone. For occasional travel or temporary access to international websites, check whether the data expires. For regular video use, cloud development environments, or AI Tools, choose a monthly allowance that matches your daily consumption. All plans support unlimited devices, but additional devices share the account’s available data. Coverage includes 120+ countries and 160+ routes; choosing a larger allowance does not change how you manage routes.

After choosing a plan, open the order review page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount. Then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel. Do not judge activation solely by the redirect from the payment page; use the plan status and available data shown in the account overview. Waiting for the order status to update before retrieving the subscription helps prevent the client from loading an account configuration that is not active yet.

Once the account overview shows an active plan and available data, the purchase step is complete. Next, copy the subscription link assigned to this account.

Open the Plans section
Subscription

Get the subscription link from the panel

Open the account overview and find the subscription details or one-click import section. The panel generates the appropriate entry for the current account. Choose an action such as “Copy Subscription” to place a link on the system clipboard. This is not an ordinary webpage address; it is a credential that clients use to load route configurations. The route list will appear only after you import it into a client that supports subscription updates.

Links in instructional documents are included only to illustrate the format. For example:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

The address above is a placeholder and cannot be used to connect. For actual setup, copy the link from your own RZVPN user panel. A subscription link is tied to account permissions and should not be shared on public pages, in group chats, or in screenshots. If it was exposed accidentally, return to the account panel and look for the reset option instead of continuing to use the exposed link. After resetting it, update every client that imported the old link with the new address.

After copying, you can leave the link in the system clipboard; do not edit any characters. In particular, do not remove parameters, add spaces, or paste the link into a rich-text editor that may insert line breaks. In the client, choose “Import from URL” or an equivalent option and paste the complete content. For a systematic explanation of subscription updates, expiration, and resets, read the network environment and client configuration chapters in the Complete Guide to Accessing AI Tools; this page covers only the steps needed to connect.

Once the copy button confirms success, the subscription step is complete. Open the Downloads section of the user panel and choose the client for your current device.

Import

Complete client import on each platform

Use the Downloads section of the user panel to access the RZVPN client or a compatible client for your operating system. This site does not provide direct installer links on the guide page because client access and subscription permissions must be confirmed in the logged-in panel. After installation, open the client without changing advanced routing, DNS, or rule settings. For the first setup, simply find subscription management, paste the link, and run an update.

Windows

On Windows, get the desktop client from the Downloads section of the user panel. After installing and launching it, find “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Profiles” in the sidebar or main menu, then choose to add from a link. Paste the complete subscription address you copied earlier, give the profile an easy-to-recognize name, and run an update.

After the update, the expected result is a route list in the client rather than a single empty profile. Choose a geographically nearby route and enable the system proxy or connection switch. If Windows asks for network permission, confirm that the application name belongs to the client you just installed, then allow it to create the local network configuration.

macOS

On macOS, open the relevant client download entry through the user panel. The first launch may require confirmation of the app’s source or permission for a network extension. Follow the system prompts, open subscription management from the client menu, choose to create a profile via URL, paste the link unchanged, save it, and click Update.

When successful, the menu bar or client window will show selectable routes. Keep the default rule mode for now; there is no need to change advanced parameters before the first connection. Choose a route and enable the connection. If macOS asks you to approve a network extension, confirm it in System Settings and then return to the client to enable the connection again.

Android

On Android, sign in to the user panel and find the mobile client entry for your device in the Downloads section. After installing and opening it, go to the configuration or subscription page and choose to import from the clipboard or URL. Paste the subscription link, run an update, and wait for the route names to load.

Choose a route and tap Connect. Android will usually show an authorization prompt for establishing a network connection. Confirm it, and the status bar will display the connection indicator. If no routes appear after import, manually run a subscription update and confirm that you copied the complete link from the account overview rather than the panel URL in the browser address bar.

iOS

On iOS, open the Downloads section of the user panel and obtain the compatible client as instructed. After installation, open the subscription or configuration page, choose to add by link, and paste the subscription address copied from the account overview. Save it and run an update; the client should then show the available routes.

When connecting for the first time, iOS will ask to add a network configuration. Confirm it, return to the client, choose a route, and enable the connection. If the connection does not remain active after switching to another app, return to the client and check its current status. Do not add the same subscription repeatedly; duplicate profiles make the route list harder to identify and manage.

Menu labels may vary across platforms, but the test for a successful import is the same: the client should show a subscription-loaded route list and be able to run a subscription update. Seeing routes alone does not mean the connection is active; you still need to choose a route, enable the connection, and check the exit information.

Get the client
Verification

Establish and verify the connection

For the first connection, start with a geographically nearby route. Open the client’s route list, choose the target region, enable the connection switch, and wait for the status to change from Connecting to Connected. Do not switch routes repeatedly while the connection is being established; a new request may be delayed while the previous connection is still being released, making it difficult to tell which route is active.

After the client shows Connected, open this site’s IP check page and see whether the current exit information has changed. Then visit the website, AI Tools, or work app you actually need. Verification is complete only when the exit information changes and the target service loads normally. If the client switch is on but webpages still use the original connection, check whether the browser has separate proxy settings or whether another network tool is overriding the system proxy.

Once the connection works, try routes in other regions as needed. When accessing a region-specific service, the route region should match the service’s requirements. For ordinary browsing, prefer a geographically nearby route that loads reliably in practice. Route performance depends on your local network, destination, and time of use, so rely on the results on your own device rather than comparing route names alone.

To configure a second device, repeat the short flow: open the panel, copy the subscription, import it, update, connect, and check the exit information. The same account supports unlimited devices, but the subscription link remains an account credential. Before handing a device to someone else, confirm that sharing the account configuration is appropriate. Remove the subscription and local configuration from devices you no longer use.

Sticking points

Troubleshoot by layer when issues arise

If no routes appear in the client, first check whether the account overview shows an active plan. Then copy the subscription again from the current account and manually run an update in the client. This order separates account permissions, link contents, and client refresh issues. Do not reinstall the client first; reinstalling will not help if the account is inactive or the link was copied incompletely.

If routes appear but a connection cannot be established, turn off the connection switch and wait until the current state ends completely before switching to another nearby route. Then check that the device time is correct and that no other tool is managing the network configuration at the same time. If the connection still fails after these basic checks, visit the Support page, open “Connection and Troubleshooting,” and continue based on your operating system and error message.

If the connection succeeds but the target webpage loads abnormally, use the IP check to confirm whether the exit has changed, then determine whether the issue affects only one website. If only one site is affected, switch to a route that meets its regional requirements and reopen the page. If every site is affected, the cause is more likely the local connection, system proxy, or subscription configuration. For AI service region detection, persistent connections, streaming output, API behavior, and differences between web apps and APIs, see the Complete Guide to Accessing AI Tools; this tutorial does not cover those advanced settings.

If you need to submit a ticket, describe the operating system, the step where the issue occurred, the status currently shown by the client, and the checks you have already performed in the user panel. Reporting what happened is more useful for diagnosis than simply writing “it does not work.” For account and order issues, open the relevant record from the user panel to avoid creating duplicate accounts or orders.

That completes the main setup path. When you change devices later, retrieve the subscription again from the account overview and import it using the section for the relevant platform.
