Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription services provided by RZVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to use its features under these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the service. You must also have the legal capacity required to enter into and perform this agreement; when an account is managed by another person, both the user and account administrator should understand the applicable rules.
Service Content and Scope
RZVPN provides access to international routes, network path optimization, node selection, subscription configuration, and client connection guidance. The service covers 120+ countries / 160+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client entry points, and account status are determined by the user panel at the time of use.
Connection results may be affected by region, access network, device environment, and the policies of the destination website. RZVPN may update nodes, access methods, and client configurations based on route maintenance, capacity planning, security risks, or service adjustments. These changes support ongoing service operation and do not constitute a promise that any fixed route will remain available indefinitely or that a particular website will always be accessible.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. You must protect your login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under the account. If credentials may have been exposed or the account appears abnormal, change the password promptly and check the user panel.
The service has no device limit, but each account is for its holder to manage and use. You may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, publicly distribute login credentials or subscription configurations, or provide paid or unpaid resale services to others through account sharing or traffic splitting. The account holder bears responsibility for traffic consumption, configuration failure, and account risks caused by inadequate protection or intentional sharing.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Package contents, prices, and currently available options are shown on the package pricing page and in the user panel.
Requirements for Compliant Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and in the actual region where the service is used, and independently confirm that you have the permissions required to access, transmit, store, or publish relevant content. The service may not be used to infringe others’ lawful rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious software, commit fraud, interfere with network facilities, or conduct other unlawful activities.
You may not affect the normal operation of routes, nodes, or the user panel through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, resource abuse, or other means. You may not attempt to break access controls, probe non-public interfaces, or interfere with other users. To protect service infrastructure and normal subscription use, RZVPN may take necessary technical measures against clearly abnormal access.
Availability and Liability Limits
RZVPN maintains the service according to current technical conditions, but cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device settings, destination service policies, system maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control. The service may experience temporary interruptions, speed changes, route adjustments, or partial feature unavailability. Keep suitable local copies and alternative connection arrangements for important work.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RZVPN is not responsible for third-party websites, applications, content, or transactions, and does not guarantee that third-party services will always accept a specific exit route. Losses arising from device failure, incorrect configuration, credential exposure, violations of third-party rules, or unlawful use are your responsibility. Mandatory legal requirements prevail where applicable.
Account Suspension and Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, interfere with service operation, conduct unlawful activities, or seriously violate these terms, RZVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To prevent risks from escalating, emergency measures may be taken during verification.
You may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions in the user panel. After termination, expired subscriptions no longer provide route access. Transaction and account records that must be retained by law will be handled under applicable rules. Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination or release you from responsibility for the consequences of violations.
Changes and Refund Guidance
RZVPN may revise these terms in response to changes in service features, operating procedures, or applicable rules. The updated version will be published on this page, with its effective version indicated by the “Last updated” information. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms; if you disagree, stop using the service.
You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first payment. Eligibility, application steps, and processing rules are set out in the separate refund policy.
